The Jet Propulsion Laboratory is a unique national research facility that carries out robotic space and Earth science missions. It is federally funded research and development center managed for NASA by Caltech.

Luckily scored tickets to the JPL Open House. I’ve wanted to go for years, but either couldn’t get tickets or had other obligations. It was a hot, hot day. And, most of the STEM stuff went over my head. But, I had a blast. Get it…a blast.
